ABOUT

Located in the Rockville Town Square of Rockville, MD Finnegan's Wake is "home of the perfect pint."

The Story: Finnegan's Wake Irish Pub was brought about by chance. The owners, Vanessa and Terry, had always talked about opening their own place, and, having been in the bar business for years, it only seemed fitting. So, after dinner one night at Gordon Biersch (which they love), Vanessa identified the need for an Irish Pub in the community...so, long story short, and with a ton of hard work, blood and tears, as Terry put it best, "we're here for the neighborhood and here to stay." They're both thrilled to have been afforded the opportunity to make this happen,

"Come for a Pint (or two) and stay for the Craic!"

The Neighborhood: The Rockville Town Square is a pedestrian-friendly community with a mix of apartments, restaurants/bars, as well as shopping, fitness, fashion and more all in one place. It also features great live entertainment options for the neighborhood to enjoy, like a local movie theater, music concerts and outdoor markets,

Transportation: The Rockville Metro Station is just two blocks away and there is ample parking nearby if you'd prefer your car.

Parking: There are 3 convenient garages within Rockville Town Square but your best bet is Garage C (located directly behind the pub). The entrance is off E. Middle Lane and North Washington Street. Customers get 2 hours of FREE parking with validation. There is also a covered flat lot (Garage C short term parking) located off E. Middle Lane and North Washington Street. Customers get 1 Hour MAX Free metered parking/Additional hour $1 via meter. Additional information can be found here.
